F. oxysporum
The first Fusarium group site presents:
The new 10X Assembly and annotation of Fusarium graminearum, FG3, which includes:
- A predicted protein gene set of 13,332 genes (A file listing the changes between Fusarium graminearum version 1 and version 3 annotoation can be found in the supplementary downloads section)
- Protein BLAST databases
- Precomputed results of BlastX and HMMer Analyses
- Alternative proteins predicted by various gene callers (GeneID, FGeneSH)
- Gene Transfers mapped from FG1 (MIPS) and FV3
- tRNA predictions
- RFam features
- Search and visualizations for all the features
- A full summary can be found here. Click here for a description of how the Gene Structure Prediction were generated.

10/03/2006 Initial release of 8x genome assembly of F. verticillioides
The public release of the Fusarium verticillioides genome assembly with 8X sequence coverage. This assembly combines 4X the sequence reads generated at the Broad and 4X sequence reads contributed by Syngenta. The traces of all reads can be downloaded from the NCBI trace repository. This assembly has been deposited at GenBank under the project accession AAIM02000000.
Important information about this release can be found here.
This release allows:
- BLAST searches against the 8X genome assembly
- Downloads of the consensus sequence and additional files for the genome assembly
- Search and visualize features including Blast, EST, Hmmer, Rfam, tRNA and Repeats.
- Integration of the assembly to the genetic Maps
7/1/2005 Initial release of 4x genome assembly of F. verticillioides
The initial release of the Fusarium verticillioides genome assembly with 4X sequence coverage. The sequence reads were generated at Syngenta and assembled at the Broad Institute. The traces of all reads can be downloaded from the download page. This assembly has been deposited at GenBank under the project accession AAIM02000000.
Important information about this release can be found here.
This initial release allows:
- BLAST searches against the 4X genome assembly
- Downloads of the consensus sequence and additional files for the genome assembly
- Search and download a particular region of the genome assembly
